摘 要: 电压暂降对敏感设备的影响明显,容易造成敏感设备停运。用户将敏感设备调整至电压暂降发生概率低的进线上,能够有效抑制电压暂降对敏感设备的影响,该方法投资小,实现简单。设备停运概率指标是针对电力用户进行敏感负荷调整提出的评估指标。通过对每回进线电压暂降事件进行统计,获得电压幅值和持续时间的概率分布。结合电压暂降造成设备停运的条件,得出设备在每一回进线下的停运概率指标。通过指标的大小,指导用户将敏感设备连接到指标小的进线上,减小设备停运带来的经济损失。 Some devices are very sensitive to voltage sags, which cause the tripping of sensitive equipments. If the user knows the severity of the voltage sags in every feeders, then the sensitive devices can be connected to the feeder where probability of voltage sag is less. The approach needs less investment and is easy to realize. The device tripping probability index (DTPI) is defined to discover the severity of the voltage sag on the feed- ers for the end user. By conducting the statistics of the voltage sags on every feeder, the function of probability distribution of the remnant voltage and duration of the voltage sags can be fit. Sensitive devices will trip under different conditions. Combined with both, DPTIs give the probability distributions of sensitive devices on dif- ferent feeders. The customer can distribute the sensitive devices to the feeder with lower DPTI. It can help the end user avoid the device tripping by the voltage sags.
