摘 要: 研究了有机硅类表面活性剂4-[4-(三甲基硅甲基)苯基]丁酸与21烷烃复配的油溶性添加剂对铝酸钠溶液的消泡作用,考察了添加剂对种分分解率和产物Al(OH)3粒度的影响。结果表明,当添加剂中有机硅类表面活性剂的含量为5.5%(质量分数)时,相对空白试样,消泡剂可在不降低分解率的前提下,对铝酸钠溶液起到显著的消泡作用,且可使产品Al(OH)3粒径小于45μm细粒子的含量降低3.14%,改善产品的粒度,其消泡效果显著优于国外同类产品。 The effect of oil -soluble additive composed of siloxane surfactant and 21 alkane on defoaming, precipitation ratio and particle size of AI(OH) s during seed precipitation was studied. The results show that when the content of siloxane surfactant is 5.5% ( mass proportion) ,it has the best effect of de- foaming without decreasing the precipitation ratio, and the mass proportion of A1 ( OH ) s with particle size below 45 μm decreases by about 3. 14%. The effect of this composed defoamer on antifoaming is particularly better than the equivalent foreign productions.
