摘 要: 介绍了VAH型气相醛加氢催化剂在淄博诺奥化工有限公司4万t/a丙醇装置上的首次工业应用.控制催化剂装填过程,避免催化剂出现破损现象,确保各列管压差均为35~50 kPa;严格控制催化剂还原过程中氮气中的氢气浓度,确保了催化剂还原彻底且不出现飞温.装置开工顺利,产品完全达标,催化剂表现出很好的加氢活性和选择性,VAH型醛加氢催化剂成功实现在丙醛加氢制丙醇装置上的工业应用. This paper introduced the commercial application of VAH type gas-phase aldehyde hydrogenation catalyst. VAH type catalyst was applied at the 40 kt/a propyl alcohol unit of Nuoao chemical company. Controlling the process of catalyst loading to avoid catalyst damage and ensure the tube pressure difference were between 35 - 50 kPa; Strictly controlling the hydrogen concentration in the nitrogen during the catalyst reduction process, to ensure a complete catalyst reduction reaction and temperature rise couldn't happen. The application results showed that product qualities completely met the requirements, VAH type catalyst had higher hydrogenation activity and better selectivity, thus commercial application of VAH type gas-phase aldehyde hydrogenation catalyst was successfully realized at the 40 kt/a propyl alcohol unit.
