摘 要: 由于高职教育培养目标、学制、学生等方面的特殊性,在专业教育中有效渗透人文教育,培养全面可持续发展的高素质技能型人才,是高职文化素质教育的重点和关键。通过分析人文教育和专业教育的内在关系,指出人文教育和专业教育相互渗透的可能性,并根据高职院校的特点,从教育目标调整、教学计划设计、师资队伍建设、课程教学改革、实践教学环节、校园文化活动等方面,探讨在专业教育中如何有效渗透人文教育。 Due to the specific characteristics of objectives, length of schooling, students and the like of higher vocational education, it is a key point to research how vocational colleges can effectively penetrate humanistic education into professional education to realize its quality education objectives. By analyzing the internal relationship between humanistic education and professional education, this paper tries to point out there is great possibility that humanistic education can be penetrated into professional education. It also explores how to effectively penetrate humanistic education in professional education from the perspectives of cultivation objective adjustment, teaching plan design, teaching team construction, teaching reform, practical teaching, campus cultural activities and the like according to the characteristics of vocational colleges.
