摘　　要： 中高职衔接,构建现代职业教育体系,是当前我国职业技术教育改革与发展的重要任务。广东省文秘专业中高职教育的衔接应以全省的中高职教育的现状为基础。目前全省文秘专业中高职教育区域分布不均衡,专业设置呈现多样化,尚未建立中高职一体化的人才培养方案。根据这些情况,文秘专业的中高职有效衔接应做好招生工作的衔接、专业设置与人培养目标的衔接、课程设置与课程标准的衔接。 Vocational education linking-up and the building of modern vocational education system are important in the reform and development of China＇s vocational and technical education. The secretary major linking-up of secondary and higher vocational education should be based on the status of secondary and higher vocational education in Guangdong. The distribution of secretarial professional education is not balanccd in Guangdong. The specialty setting is not diversified. The continuous training scheme has not been established. Under these circumstances, in order to build an effective linking-up of secretary major of secondary and higher vocational education, it must be ensured that effective work should be done in such aspects as students recruiting, specialty setting, training target, curriculum and its standard setting.
