摘　　要： 教师兴趣激发能力是一种很重要的教学能力。《临床中药学》学科教师兴趣激发能力包括教师的综合素质尤其是职业教育素质和人文素质,中医药相关学科背景知识的多少,对《中药学》教材的研究能力,《中药学》实践教学的能力,《中药学》网络教学相关技术手段的运用能力及《中药学》常见学习兴趣激发方法的运用能力。提高《临床中药学》学科教师兴趣激发能力的方法包括提高教师综合素质,加强中医药相关学科背景知识的学习,加强对《中药学》相关教材及其教学大纲的研究,加强《中药学》实践教学,增加教学过程的趣味性,加强网络互动平台建设,熟练掌握《中药学》常见学习兴趣激发的方法并灵活运用等。 Teachers＇ capability of exciting interests is a very important teaching ability. The capability includes the overall quality of teachers, especially the quality of vocational education and humanities quality, the number of background knowledge related to Chinese medicine disciplines, pharmacy materials researching capability, pharmacy practice teaching ability, the ability of using network teaching techniques of pharmacy and using pharmacy common methods to stimulate interests in learning. The methods of improving the teachers＇ capability of exciting interests includes improving teachers＇ overall quality, strengthening the learning of knowledge of the related disciplines of Traditional Chinese Medicine background, strengthening pharmacy materials＇ research and syllabus of pharmacy, strengthening pharmacy practice teaching, increasing the interest of the teaching process, strengthening the construction of network interactive platform, skillfully grasping the methods to stimulate interests in learning and flexibly using.
