摘　　要： 在对国内外相关文献进行评述的基础上,通过对252家企业的问卷调查和数据分析,就联盟管理能力与联盟绩效的关系展开深入研究,研究结果发现:联盟管理能力由联盟协调能力、沟通能力、黏合能力三个维度构成;联盟管理能力对联盟绩效有显著的正向影响;关系资本在其中扮演部分中介的作用。 After literature review,with the questionnaire investigation of 252 firms, this paper analyzes the relationship be- tween alliance capability and performance. Research findings arc as follows：alliance management capability is composed of coordination capability, communication capability and bonding capability;alliance management capability has significant pos- itive effect on performance ;relational capital partially mediates the relationship between them.
