摘 要: 雌马酚是大豆异黄酮重要的代谢产物。体外和动物实验研究均表明,雌马酚具有比其前体异黄酮大豆黄素更高的生物活性。人群干预研究表明,仅有30%-50%的个体能在其肠道微生物菌群作用下将大豆黄素代谢为雌马酚。因此,研究并开发雌马酚的生物活性、生理功能及其代谢转化的规律,对于预防和控制心血管病、骨质疏松症、血脂异常、肥胖、更年期综合症以及乳腺癌、前列腺癌等许多慢性疾病具有十分重要的意义。文章就雌马酚在人体内的代谢过程、生物活性以及对于多种慢性病的预防作用做一综述。 Equol is the metabolite of soybean isoflavone daidzein. In vitro and animal experiment showed that equol had a higher bioactivities than its prototype. The crowd intervention studies demonstrated that only 30% to 50% of the crowd could transform daidzin into equol under the action of intestinal flora..So it is very important to study biological activities, physiology function and metabolism conversion of equol's resource for prevention and control of cardiovascular disease, bone soft disease, blood fat abnormality, obese, menopause comprehensive disease, mammary glands cancer, prostate gland cancer, etc. In this article, the metabolic process of equal in human body, biological activities and prevention of various chronic diseases were reviewed.
