摘　　要： 对543名中学生进行问卷调查,进行探索性和验证性因素分析,探讨情绪智力的结构构成。结果表明,中学生情绪智力结构的最佳模型是六因子模型。 The level of emotional intelligence has a significant influence on a person＇s success,so the research of emotional intelligence is of important practical significance. This study is based on existing domestic and foreign literature,research experience and a questionnaire survey on 543 high school students. It is aimed to analyze and explore the construction of emotional intelligence on exploratory factor analysis （EFA） and corrfirmatory factor analysis（CFA）. The results show that the best structure of emotional intelligence is a six-factor model.
