摘 要: 基于实验室项目实践,根据理论分析结合实践数据经验提出一种基于ARM7硬件平台的PET吹瓶机温度控制的模糊控制策略实现方案。通过在吹瓶机温度控制系统中的应用,对PET瓶坯形成闭环温度控制,使瓶坯得到符合要求的吹瓶温度。实践项目结果表明:模糊控制算法具有很强的鲁棒性,对模型不确定性系统能取得良好的控制效果,因而可以广泛的应用于多变量系统的复杂控制中。 Based on the laboratory project practice,I proposed one fuzzy control strategy based on the ARM7 hardware platform of temperature control system of PET bottle blowing machine to realize the scheme.Through the temperature control system application of the bottle blowing machine,the PET preform to be form a closed loop temperature control,so that the preform to be consistent with the requirements of the bottle blowing temperature.The results show that: the fuzzy control algorithm play the strong robustness,so it can be widely applied to the complicate control system.
