摘　　要： 本文围绕应用型本科院校科研必须具备应用性、地方性和服务社会的3大特点,通过对应用型本科院校教学和科研的关系,科研现状及存在的问题,提升科研能力的必要性等方面的研究,提出了该类院校提升科研能力的具体措施和方法。该项研究的进行对于全面提高应用型本科院校的社会地位、学术水平、教学水平、学院声誉、社会的认可度、学校的核心竞争力和可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。 Research in applied undergraduate universities and colleges must own three characteristics of applicability, region, and serving for society. Centered on this, the paper puts forward the detailed measures and methods to improve scientific research ability for this kind of universities and colleges, through the re- search on the relation between teaching and research, current situation and problems when research, and the necessity of improving scientific research ability, etc. in applied undergraduate universities and colleges. The research has great significance to overall raise applied undergraduate universities and colleges social status, academic level, teaching level, reputation of universities and college, social recognition, core competition of universities and colleges, and the sustainable development.
