摘 要: 以端NCO基聚氨酯预聚物(PUB)为改性剂对沉淀法二氧化硅(SiO2)进行了有机湿法改性,同时用硅烷偶联剂Si69改性SiO2进行了对比实验。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析(TGA)、激光粒度分析等方法对改性前后SiO2粒子的结构、表面形貌及性能进行了表征。结果表明,PUB与沉淀法SiO2表面的羟基发生了反应,成功实现了对SiO2的表面改性,改性后的SiO2粒子分散性变好。 The NCO-terminated polyurethane prepolymer (PUB) was used to modify precipitation method SiO2 in organic wet modification. In contrast, Si69-modified SiO~ was prepared. The structure, morphology and property of non-modified and modified SiO2were characterized by FT-IR, SEM, TGA and laser particle size analysis. The results showed that PUB reacted with hydroxyl groups of precipitation method SiO2 surface, the modification was successful and the dispersion of modified particle became better.
