摘 要: 加入0.3%~0.6%的混合稀土能使AZ31镁合金铸态组织得到细化,经热挤压后其力学性能更有所提高。挤压态在25℃时,抗拉强度为285~300MPa,伸长率为16%~21%。但稀土加入量>0.6%,其抗拉强度、伸长率有所下降。 The as-cast microstructure of AZ31 magnesium alloy can be refined with 0.3%~0.6% MM(mistchmetal),and mechanical properties of the alloy prepared are improved after hot extruding process.Tensile strength,elongation of the extruded alloy at room temperature reach 285~300 MPa and 16%~21%,respectively.However,with MM addition more than 0.6%,the tensile strength and elongation of the extruded alloy are decreased slightly.
