不同种类音乐对迷迭香植株生长与精油含量及组分的影响
Effect of different kinds of music on plant growth,content and component of essential oil in rosemary(Rosmarinus officinalis L.)

摘  要: 3种音乐(纯音乐、摇滚乐、管弦乐)处理和对照(无音乐)处理对迷迭香生长和精油含量及其组分的影响结果表明:经音乐处理的迷迭香株高、地上部鲜重和植株鲜重均高于对照,且处理间差异显著;地下部鲜重、地下部干重和根冠比差异不显著:叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a/叶绿素b、类胡萝h素含量、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白质含量呈显著或极显著差异:不同处理精油含量(O.45-0.85mL/100g)差异显著;精油共鉴定出25种成分,不同处理的精油成分种类没有差别;在精油成分的相对含量上,纯音乐处理和管弦乐处理与对照整体上差异不大,而摇滚乐处理则差异明显:降低了单萜类化合物和芳香族化合物的相对含量,提高了含氧化合物、倍半萜类和脂肪族化合物的相对含量。 This experiment was conducted to explore the effects of different kinds of music on plant growth, content and component of essential oil in rosemary. The experiment included three kinds of music treatment (absolute music, rock music, orchestral music) and check treatment (no music). The result showed that plant height, shoot fresh weight and fresh weight of rosemary plants treated by music were higher than check treatment, and it was significant difference among the four treatments. As the music treatment changed, Chl.a, Chl. b, Ch.a/Ch.b and CAR. contents, soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of rosemary plants showed significant or extremely significant difference, however, root fresh weight, root dry weight and root-top ratio of rosemary plants did not show significant difference. Essential oil content was significant difference among the four treatments. Twenty-five essential oil compounds were identified, and there was no significant difference among different treatments. By contrast, there was no obvious difference in relative contents of essential oil components among different treatments of absolute music, orchestral music and check. However, the relative contents of compositions treated by rock music had significant difference when compared with other treatments, and it showed that rock music treatment increased relative contents of oxygenated compounds, sesqui terpenes and aliphatic compounds, but decreased relative contents of monocyelic terpenes and aromatic compounds.
