摘　　要： 教育公共服务是确立教育公共性应当遵循的首要价值选择,是当代教育发展的基本趋向,而实现教育公共服务体系的构建目标则是实现公共服务均等化。教育公共服务均等化要求政府在基本公共服务领域,尽可能多地满足人们基本教育需求,尽可能地使人们享有均等的教育权利。潍坊市构建的教育惠民中心面向社会,让教育更多地贴近民生、民心,为推进教育公共服务均等化作了积极探索。 Educational public service is the top value choice to be followed to establish educational publicity, which is the basic tendency of modern educational development. The constructing targets of realizing educational public service system is to realize the equalization of public service. The equalization of educational public service calls for the government to meet people＇s basic educational demand and to make people enjoy equal educational rights as much as possible in the basic public service field. The Center for Educational Benefaction to People in Weifang City has carried out positive exploration on propelling the equalization of educational public service by facing the needs of the society so as to make education be more beneficial to the living of the people.
