摘　　要： 介绍如何利用Delphi2010开发出了IC成型与分离系统控制软件,采用Delphi的控件结合Object Pascal语言编程的方法,以PCI控制卡为接口,实现了对集成电路成型与分离设备的监控,完成上料、传送机台、工作台、冲头伺服电机等传感器信号进行处理,并在界面上显示。同时,依据用户设置的参数自动输出X、Y、Z和A轴的伺服器的控制信号。实验表明该软件界面友好、使用方便、调节灵活、可移植性强,很好地实现了IC成型与分离系统的人机交互功能,实验表明该设计方法是行之有效的。 A new-style control software of IC molding and separation system based on Delphi 2010 was introduced,This paper used Object Pascal programming language with Delphi control tools;took PCI controller card as the interface,An IC molding and separation equipment,the completion of feeding,transfer machine,table,punch the servo motor and other sensor signals were processed and displayed on the interface.According to user-set parameters automatically output X,Y,Z and A axis of servo motor control signals.Experimental results show that this software and the interface can be conveniently used,flexibly measured and transplanted,the function of the alternation between user and IC molding and separation system was well realized.The validity of the design method is proved by experiments.
