摘　　要： 研究结构摄动的滞后系统的鲁棒稳定性。指出在极点配置控制器下 ,时延系统的变化率是影响滞后系统鲁棒稳定性的关键因素之一 ;给出了保证此稳定性所需的时延变化率的允许界。 The robust stability of time_lag systems with structural perturbation is investigated. It is found that the varying rate of the time_delay is one of the key factors affecting the robust stability of the systems with pole assignment controllers.The acceptable bound of the time_delay varying rate is given.
