摘　　要： 本文应用系统功能语言学的评价理论分析了五篇故意杀人案和贪腐案的公诉词,考察了公诉词语类中评价资源的分布规律,探讨了公诉人如何利用评价资源实现惩治犯罪的目的。分析表明,评价资源在公诉词各个部分的分布有规律可循,合理使用评价资源有利于公诉人揭露被告人犯罪事实、剖析犯罪原因和社会危害、阐述定罪量刑意见,从而达到惩治犯罪的目的。本文证明,评价理论适用于法律语篇分析。 This paper applies the Appraisal theory within systemic-functional linguistics to the analysis of five statements of public prosecution regarding high crimes of intentional homicide and embezzlement, describes the general distribution of appraisal resources in this legal genre, and interprets how the use of appraisal resources can help the prosecutor achieve the goal of punishing crimes. It shows that various appraisal resources are regularly distributed in different parts of the statements of public prosecution. Moreover, it also indicates that proper use of appraisal resources can assist the prosecutor to more effectively disclose the criminal facts, explain the mens tea of the crimes, and justify the sentencing opinions. This study further testifies the applicability of the Appraisal theory in the field of forensic discourse analysis.
