遂昌坑口萤石矿浮选试验研究

摘  要: 为了高效利用浙江遂昌萤石矿资源,该试验进行了矿石的主要化学成分及矿物组成、矿物浮选行为等研究。结果表明,试验所用的矿样属中低品位的单一硅酸盐(石英)型萤石矿,脉石矿物主要为石英,其次有长石、绢云母、方解石、高岭石等。以碳酸钠和水玻璃为调整剂、KY-108为捕收剂,采用粗精矿再磨再选闭路工艺流程能够得到高品位萤石精矿,CaF2品位为97.59%,SiO2和CaO含量小于1.5%,CaF2回收率高达97.03%。 For high-efficiency utilization of fluorite ore in Kengkou Suichang, experimental research on main chem- ical components, mineral composition and mineral flotation of this ore was carried on. The results show that the ore samples belong to low-grade monosilicate fluorite and the main gangue mineral is quartz and then feldspar, seri- cite, calcite and kaolinite. When The closed-circuit technical flowsheet of coarse concentrate regrinding and re- cleaning was adoped by using sodium carbonate and water glass as regulator and KY-108 as collector, the high- grade fluorite concentrate could be obtained. The grade and recovery of CaF2could reach 97.59% and 97.03% re- spectively and the content of SiO2 and CaO was less than 1.5%.
