摘　　要： 指出了物流运输过程中空载现象产生的原因,同时以运输资源整合、自有车辆的控制、多种运输方式组合等角度为切入点,提出了一些较有现实意义和实用价值的建议,以减少运输车辆的空载率,降低物流企业成本。 In this paper, we have pointed out the causes of the empty-haul in the transportation process and from the angles of transportation resources integration, self-owned vehicle management, inter-modal transportation, etc., given a few feasible and practical suggestions to remedy the situation and reduce the logistics cost of the enterprises.
