摘 要: 近年来,核心力量训练在竞技体育训练中引起了很多人的关注,备受教练、科研人员的青睐,被业内人士称为体能专项化的桥梁。本文以广州体育学院田径队4名女子铁饼运动员为研究对象,进行16周的核心力量训练。结果表明:运动员实验前后倒出手速度差异显著,4名女子运动员的专项专机能和素质都不同程度地得到提高。通过核心力量的训练运动员摆动腿在旋转中的摆幅大小及速度进步明显,且能减少运动损伤延长运动寿命。 In recent years, the core strength training in competitive sports training caused the attention of a lot of people. It is known as the physical fitness special bridge by coach and scientific research personnel' s favor. Based on 4 female discus athletes from Guangzhou Sports University as the research object, 16 -week core strength training was carried out. The results showed that the release speed of athletes had significant difference before and 'after experiment, their specific physical function and quality had certain improvement. Through core strength training, swing leg swinging amplitude and rate of progress is apparent and can reduce sports injury pro- long life movement.
