摘　　要： 采用文献资料等方法,对广东省山区贫困城市梅州的职工体育开展现状进行调查。结果表明:机关、企事业体育管理人员数量不足;大部分职工喜欢并参与体育活动;健身场所以公园、广场等为主;项目以散步、跑步和各种球类为主;形式以自发结伴锻炼为主。职工每周参加体育活动的次数偏少。影响因素主要有工作忙、没有时间,缺乏专业技术指导,运动物品和运动场所价格太高等。大部分职工对在学校内进行体育活动持愿意、肯定的态度。 By using the method of literature review, this paper studied present situation of staff sports in impove - fished mountain city of Guangdong province. The results show that personnel for sports management is shortage; most of the workers liked sports and participated in sports; fitness sites, such as the main park plaza; project is mainly walking, running and all kinds of ball games; sports activity times are fewer. The main influential factors are busy, no time, lack of professional and technical guidance, high price of sports goods and sports venues. Most of the workers hold positive attitude to sports in school.
