摘　　要： 首先阐述了电子商务物流的概念及运作模式,然后通过分析淘宝的物流运作过程及优缺点,提出应建立"散户退换货服务平台"和"统筹运费平台",并积极强制落实"运输管理实时查询平台"的我国电子商务物流发展的新思考。 This article first elaborated the concept and operation mode of electronic commerce logistics, and then through the analysis of Taobao logistics operation process and the advantages and disadvantages, put forward to some new thinking of the electronic commerce logistics development in China, which is to build ＂retail exchange goods service platform＂ and ＂as a whole freight platform＂, and actively forced implement the ＂transportation management immediate query platform＂.
