摘　　要： 科技的发展改变了我们的客观世界,这种改变对于现有的法律理论以及实践提出了新的挑战。通过介绍神经纳米技术及其在刑事司法实践中的应用,探讨其对刑事归责方面的影响。预见了这种影响所可能表现的三种方式,并主张这些可能性要求应当适当地调整法律,但这种调整应当基于客观、基于法律的目的与原则,以及法律所依赖的社会价值。 The development of science and technology has changed our objective world. The change proposes a new challenge to the existing legal theory and practice. Through the introduction of the neural nanotechnology and application in criminal judicial practice, the paper explores its effects on criminal imputation and predicts that the effect may be shown in three ways. The paper claims these possibilities shall adjust to the law, and this adjustment should be based on objection, on the aim of law and principle, and social value which law is dependent on.
