摘 要: 阐述了我国煤炭企业人力资源激励制度的必要性,在对煤炭企业人力资源管理机制建设重要性基础上,针对人力资源管理中存在的实际问题,提出了构建煤炭企业人力资源管理的相关对策,以期提升煤炭企业人力资源管理水平。 The paper stated the necessity of the human resources encouraging system in China coal enterprises.Base on the importance of the human resources management mechanism established in China coal enterprises,according the actual problems existed in the human resources management,the related countermeasures of the human resources management were provided for the coal industry in order to improve the human resources management level of the coal enterprises.
