摘 要: 针对混合动力汽车单体电池性能的不一致性造成的不利影响,研究了动态过程中的电池特性规律,并设计了相应的均衡策略,进而进行了试验验证。该策略以高速采样系统为基础,在动态过程中对电池组各单体电压进行实时精确采集并分析处理,再通过大量试验总结出的电池特性规律,动态诊断出需要均衡的单体,并进行均衡。试验结果表明,均衡策略快速准确,效果显著,使电池组使用特性得到了很好的优化。 To overcome the disadvantage of the inconformity of the HEV batteries, the rule of the performance of the battery in the dynamic process has been researched, the corresponding equalization strategy has been designed and the verification test has been took. This equalization strategy, based on the high - speed sampling system, sample the single battery voltage real -time and accurately in the dy- namic process, diagnose the battery which need the equalization according to the rule of the perform- ance of the battery, and then equalize it. Verifica- tion test proved that this strategy is of nicety and celerity and has notable effects, the performance characteristics have been optimized obviously.
