甲醛在高得率制浆中的作用

摘  要: 本文研究了甲醛在桉木高得率制浆中的作用,研究发现,对桉木木片进行碱性亚硫酸钠化学预处理时,添加甲醛有一定效果,而且甲醛加入的次序不同所得结果也不同。甲醛与碱性亚硫酸钠同时加入,制浆得率比通常仅用碱性亚硫酸钠处理稍有下降,且浆中磺酸基含量没有增加,使纸浆强度提高不明显,但白度增加很多:先甲醛处理随后进行碱性亚硫酸钠蒸煮,浆料得率提高明显,且浆的手感较软,颜色也较浅;而先碱性亚硫酸钠蒸煮后进行甲醛处理,浆料得率提高不多,浆的手感和颜色反而比单独使用碱性亚硫酸钠的差,研究还发现,甲醛预处理后不经洗涤直接进行亚硫酸钠蒸煮有利于提高得率;甲醛预处理在酸性条件下进行比在碱性条件对得率稍有利些,但酸性条件下处理所得浆颜色较深,手感较硬,对制浆造纸不利。 The effects of formaldehyde in high yield eucalyptus pulping are studied. It is found that formaldehyde give good effect in treating eucalyptus chips with alkaline sodium sulfite, and the result is different according to different adding order of formaldehyde. If formaldehyde and alkaline sodium suifitc are added simultaneously, the yield of pulps is little lower than that of sodium sulfite pulp, and the amount of sul phonic groups in the pulps docs not increase, which makes the strength of the pulps increases a little, while increase of the brightness is much more. If chips arc first treated with formaldehyde then with sodium sulfite. the yield of pulps is higher and pulps are soft and lighcr colour. If chips are treated with sodium suifitc then with formaldehyde, the increase of the pulping yield is not notable, and pulps arc harder and darker. We also find that, no washing between formaldehyde and sodium suifitc treatment is favourable to pulp yield. Although acid condition is favourable to pulp yield, the colour of the pulps is black and pulps arc very hard, so these pulps arc not suitable to paper making. Therefore, the pretrcatment with formaldehyde must be carried out under alkaline condition.
