摘 要: 以掌握和了解高校教师以主编或副主出版科研专著情况,并探索其影响因素为目的,采用抽样调查方法,用自编调查问卷对广东省6所医学高等院校1000名教师出版科研著作及其影响因素进行调查。结果显示高校教师是否著有学术著作的人数在不同的个人基本因素、经费的满意度、科技政策、科研态度、情感以及自我科研能力等因素上存在统计学差异(P<0.001)、统计学意义(p<0.01)和显著相关关系(p<0.01)。由此得出结论,通过解决经济问题和加强对中青年骨干教师的培训,能够较好的解决高校教师著作出版的质与量的问题。 Objective: grasping the situation and analyzing tile influent factors of scientific research works published by col- lege teachers as editors or vice editors. Methods: adopting method of sampling; can'ying out the survey research on the sci- entific research works and the influent factors of 1000 teachers in 6 medical colleges of Guangdong Province. Results : The fact that university teachers have different outputs of academic works can be attributed to different factors, such as individu- al factors, the satisfaction of fnnds, science and technology policy, scientific research attitude, emotion and self scientific research ability, which have the existing statistical difference ( P 〈 0. 001 ) , statistically significant (P 〈 0. 01 ) and relevant relations ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions: solving financial problems and strengthening the training of middle - aged and young teachers can increase the quality and quantity of published scientific research works of teachers.
