摘　　要： 高度纵向整合是中国整车制造业的特征,在世界汽车巨头们不断地降低纵向整合度的背景下,纵向整合究竟是否适应行业的发展受到了质疑。基于纵向整合理论,对18家整车制造上市公司从2002年到2010年的数据进行分析,得出结论:纵向整合对企业绩效有显著负向影响;资产运用效率对企业绩效有显著正向影响;固定资产周转率在纵向整合对企业绩效的影响中有完全中介效应。 One characteristic of Chinese vehicle manufacturers is highly vertically integrated. But whether vertical integra- tion is suitable for auto industries＇ development is being challenged, because the auto giants are reducing their automobile integration continuously. Based on the theory of vertical integration, this paper analyzed the data of 18 listed vehicle manu- facturing companies from 2002 to 2010. And we got the following conclusion according to the data analysis ： vertical integra- tion and asset utilization both have significant negative influences on organization＇ s performance ; fixed asset turnover ratio has a wholly mediating effect on vertical integration and performances.
