除焦用高压水泵轴断裂失效分析

摘  要: 运用力学原理,并结合理化检验对某企业高压除焦水泵主轴断裂事故进行了失效分析。通过对泵轴的化学成分、硬度、金相组织以及蚀坑内的腐蚀产物等的检验,确定了泵轴材料是退火组织,力学性能较差,耐腐蚀性能不佳,易引起腐蚀疲劳。另外,对该轴进行力学分析,计算总安全系数。结果表明:总安全系数偏低。主要原因是断面凹槽的过度圆角半径偏小,应力集中系数过高,导致疲劳安全系数偏低,容易发生疲劳断裂。据此,文中提出了相应的改进措施。 The use of mechanics,combined with physical and chemical testing,the failure accident of high pressure removing coke pump shaft used in some petrochemical plants was analyzed.Chemical components,hardness,metallurgical structure and corrosion substance in the pit of pump axle were tested.The results of the tests show the pump shaft is annealed structure,leading to its poor mechanical properties,poor corrosion resistance,easy to cause corrosion fatigue.In addition,the total safety factor was calculated by mechanical analysis of the axis shows low.Mainly due to excessive cross-section groove radius is too small,the stress concentration factor is too high,leading to fatigue safety factor is low and prone to fatigue fracture.Accordingly,the corresponding improved measures are proposed.
