摘　　要： 唐初史家重视文学的政治教化作用,肯定文学的艺术特征,第一次提出融合南北之所长的主张,开了唐代复古文学之先声。他们所撰的史传散文更是唐初诗文革新的代表。与同时期的文学家、经学家和政治家的文学观相比较,可鲜明看出唐初史家文学观之特性与高明之处。 Early Tang Dynasty historians emphasized the political and enlightening effect of literature and affirmed literature＇s artistic features.They also raised the point of integrating the strengths of North and South for the first time.Early Tang Dynasty historians＇ views were the harbinger of ancient prose movement in Tang Dynasty.The historic-biographical prose written by them was the representative of early Tang Dynasty literary reformation.It is apparent that their literary viewpoints possessed characteristics and wisdom superior to those of their contemporary litterateurs,scholars of classics,and politicians.
