摘　　要： 意向性是把语言、心灵和实在联系起来的中介,是语言哲学范畴的概念。以塞尔的意向性理论为基础展开对教育制度之地位功能的语言哲学意义的论述,即探讨语言与教育制度功能发挥与形成的关系,有助于更好地理解现实中许多教育问题产生的根源,还教育以真正面目。意向性理论的研究视角将为我们探讨教育制度的功能提供一个新的思维路向。 Intentionality,belonging to category of linguistic philosophy, is an intermediary in which language, mind and reality are linked. Theory of intentionality of Searle falls into the category of linguistic philosophy, which is employed by this article to argue about the meaning of status function of educational institution, that is, to make a research on the relationship between wielding and formation of status function of educational institution, so as to understand the problems＇ root which grew in the reality education, and make the education back to its origin. The theory of intentionality makes a provision of relatively new way to study the function of educational institution.
