摘　　要： 缔约过失责任中损害赔偿的对象不仅包括信赖利益的损失,也包括信赖利益以外的现有财产和人身权益的损失。其中信赖利益的损失又包括直接损失和间接损失。信赖利益的损害赔偿范围应当以履行利益为限,而信赖利益以外的现有财产和人身权益的损失应当以受害一方的实际损失为准。 The object of damage compensation reliance interest and the loss of existing property in liability for culpa in contrahendo should include the loss of and personal rights outside reliance interest. The losses of reliance interest include direct losses and indirect losses. The scope of damages in reliance interest should be limited to the scope of fulfillment interest. The loss of existing property and personal rights outside reliance interest should subject to the physical damage of the injured party.
