摘 要: 针对同步电机矢量控制系统中机械传感器存在的问题,提出一种基于定子高频信号注入的无机械传感器转子位置检测的新方法。该方法将同步电机自身结构作为转子位置传感器,依据旋转变压器原理和同步电机的磁路结构建立了转子位置观测的数学模型,给出了隐极和凸极条件下的同步电机转子位置的计算公式,并对同步电机高频信号进行了有限元分析。对定子高频信号注入的转子位置检测方法进行了样机试验,结果表明该无机械传感器检测方法可以对凸极和隐极同步电机进行准确的位置和转速估算。 In view of the existing problems of synchronous motor vector control system with mechamcal sen-sor, a rotor position estimation method without mechanical sensor is suggested in this paper based on high- frequency signals injection into the stator. With the structure of the synchronous motor itself being rotor po-sition sensor, mathematical model for rotor position observer was established according to the principle of rotary transformer. The formula of the rotor position based on non-salient and the salient pole was sugges-ted. It analysed high frequency dectromagnetic relationship of the synchronous motor with the finite ele-ment method. The experiment results show the reliability and the high level precision of the method.
