摘 要: 介绍了采用矩形封、导向带和耐磨带组合成的液压机主油缸密封结构,建立了密封元件动态泄漏的计算模型并给出了估算公式,对矩形封的结构组成和密封原理以及它在活塞密封中的分布形式对密封性能的影响进行了分析,其结果对液压机主油缸密封的设计具有参考和借鉴意义。 The main cylinder seal structure of hydraulic press was introduced which was combinated by rectangle sealing, guide rings and wear rings. A dynamic leakage calculation model of sealing components was established and the estimation formula was given. The structure composition and sealing principle of the rectangle sealing were analyzed, as well as the influence of its distribution in the piston seal on seal performance. The results have reference significance for hydraulic seal design.
