摘 要: 利用荧光AFLP分子标记技术对八角属部分种类和八角品种(类型)的遗传多样性和亲缘关系进行研究。6对引物组合(PstI/MseI)共得到989条带,其中多态性带988条(99.90%),45个种类或品种(类型)具特征性条带。56个种质资源的遗传相似性系数在0.17~0.71之间,平均相似性系数为0.47。UPGMA聚类结果可将供试样品分为两大类型,来源于广西的八角茴香47个品种(类型)具有较近的亲缘关系,聚于Ⅰ类,大部分品种(类型)聚于C组(44个品种);披针叶八角等7个种类与八角茴香明显被区分,聚于Ⅱ类。AFLP分子标记可区分所有供试样品,是八角属种质资源鉴别的有效手段和方法。 The genetic diversity and relationships oflllicium Linn. samples (some species oflllicium Linn. and some cultivars/types) were analyzed by using fluorescent-labeled AFLP markers. AFLP fingerprinting of 56 samples with 6 primer combinations (Pst I /Mse I ) revealed 989 unambiguous bands totally, of which 988 ones were polymorphic and the poly- morphism frequency was 99.90 %. Among 56 samples, 45 ones had unique bands. The genetic similarity coefficients (Nei and Li' s) of 56 Illiciaceae germplasm resources ranged from 0.17 to 0.71, and the average coefficients was 0.47. With UPGMA clustering method, 7 species such as Illicium lanceolatum, and lllicium verum were classified into 2 groups. And most samples (44 cultivars/types) were grouped in C clusters, which indicated that Guangxi Illicium verum cultivars had closer relationship. The method of AFLP markers can be used to identify all samples, and can be applied to identify Illiciaceae germplasm resources.
