摘 要: 为了研究万泉河流域生态经济可持续发展的现状,以万泉河流域包含的5个市县为基本单位,遵循科学性、可行性和系统性的原则要求,结合万泉河流域现状建立万泉河流域生态经济可持续发展指标体系,将其分为3个层次(目标层、准则层、指标层),包含3个子系统(生态子系统、经济子系统、社会子系统),共16项指标,利用熵值法对万泉河流域生态经济系统的可持续发展进行研究。研究结果表明:影响万泉河流域生态经济系统可持续发展的最重要的指标权重值在0.07-0.15之间,以林业总产值(0.093)为代表,其次为以工业总产值(0.051)为代表指标,其权重区间为0.05-0.07,最次要的指标权重值在0.03-0.05之间波动;万泉河流域生态经济可持续发展系数呈现了一定的差异性,中上游由于生态环境优良,为生态经济可持续发展奠定了优良的基础,该流域的中上游地区城镇的发展可持续系数得分较高,屯昌县得分最高为0.34,次为琼中县0.32;定安县的发展可持续系数值为0.301 656,相对而言该流域段内的可持续发展度较好,但是位于万泉河流域下游的琼海县(0.222341)和万宁县(0.214597)得分很低,成为了万泉河流域发展的阻碍因子。 In order to study ecological economy sustainable development of Wanquan River Basin,based on the 5 cities of Wanquan River Basin,comprehensive consideration of polymerization characteristic of the basin ecological economic system,the ecological economy sustainable development indicators system for Wanquan River Basin was established by following the scientific and systematic principles,and the system was divided into 3 levels(destination layer,criterion layer,index layer),containing three sub-system(ecological subsystem,economic subsystem,social subsystem),including 16 indexes.The ecology economic system sustainable development of Wanquan River Basin was studied.The results show that(1) the most important index weight values were between 0.07~0.15,with the forestry total production value(0.093) as the representative,the secondary index weight values were between 0.05~0.07,and the least index weight values were between 0.03~0.05.Differences of ecology economic system sustainable development coefficients existed in the counties of Wanquan River Basin.The middle and upper reaches have excellent ecological environment,which laid a good foundation for the area's develpoment,so the development of sustainable coefficients were high in this area:Tunchang county was 0.34,and Qiongzhong was 0.32.The sustainable development coefficients were good in the Middle Reaches,but the scores of downstream of Wanquan River Basin were lower(Qionghai 0.222341,Wannin 0.214597),the low score area became the hindrance factor in ecological economy sustainable development of Wanquan River Basin.
