摘 要: 为了对公安队伍实现绩效考核,提出将队伍考核分解为员工日常绩效考核及领导问责考核,最终考核得分是问责考核得分与日常绩效考核得分之和,并依据此方法设计出队伍绩效考核流程。 In order to realize the performance assessment of public security department, divides performance assessment into daily performance assessment of staff and accountability assessment of leader, the final score is the sum of daily performance assessment score obtained by staff and accountability assessment score obtained by leader. According to this method, designs the work flow of performance assessment of public security department.
