摘　　要： 医学创新人才培养是一项复杂的系统工程,其影响因素涉及多个方面。专家的咨询结果显示,影响医学院校创新人才培养的因素主要包括:师生对创新理念未形成普遍的认同;培养模式没有摆脱传统的束缚;支撑体系与创新人才培养不匹配;缺乏引导创新教育的评价激励体系。 Nurturing innovative medical talents is a complex project and its influencing factors involve many aspects.The results of experts＇ consultation suggest the main influencing factors as follows： teachers and students have not generally recognized the concept of innovation;the training mode has not gotten rid of the shackles of the traditional ones;the supporting system does not match the nurturing of innovative medical talents;and there is lack of the evaluation and incentive system to guide innovation-oriented education.
