摘　　要： 应用型本科高校对学生开展职业技能培训是适应社会发展要求,培养理论与技能全面发展的高素质人才,促进大学生就业的一项重要举措。在机械专业模具方向的学生中开展职业技能培训,提高了学生的动手能力,并增强了其毕业时的就业竞争力。 Vocational skills training to students in Application-oriented University can foster their development of the comprehensive development of the theory and skills,and it’s an important way to help college students to find jobs faster.Students of mechanical mold profession can improve their practical abilities,and strengthen their competitiveness in job searching.
