摘　　要： 随着显示技术的不断发展,平板显示技术已经成为主流的显示技术,贴附是平板显示器件制造过程中的主要工艺技术之一。网版贴附是一种新兴的贴附技术,它具有贴附缺限少、对贴附材料损伤小、适用范围广等特点。文章主要介绍网版贴附的原理、工艺过程及贴附过程中需注意的重点问题。 With the continuous development of display technology, flat panel display technology has become the mainstream display technology, The attachment is one of the main technology in flat panel display manufacturing process. Silk screen box attaching is a new technology, it has the features of few attachment defects, small damage to attachment materials, wide applicability. This paper mainly describes the principle and the process of silk screen box attaching, and key issues need to be noticed in attached to the process.
