摘　　要： 实现农业现代化是农业和农村经济长期不懈的追求目标。本文首先提出现代化农业的新内涵:开放性、科技创新性。根据我国新时期农业现代化建设的减轻资源压力、保障农产品的有效供给、实现农业增产农民增收、顺应国际农业发展趋势等4大任务;结合我国农业现代化建设的经验:信息化建设,科技推广服务体系建设,农业结构调整等;以及农业生产资源短缺,农业劳动力素质低下,农业生产经营规模较小等问题,提出了三化同进,提高农业资本有机构成,培育新型农业人才等对策。 Realizing agricultural modernization is the constant target of the agricultural and rural economy. At first, the article proposes the completely new content： opening, technological and sciences revolutionary; second, based on the five huge tasks of agricultural modernization during the new time, such as reducing the pressure on resources, protecting the effective supply of agricultural products, increasing production and income of farmers, achieving sustainable development, and so on. Then combining with experience of agricultural modernization construction, for example information construction, the extension of scientific service system, agricultural structural adjustment, at the mean time, considering these problem such as the shortage of resources, the low quality of labor, the small production scale in agriculture, some strategies puts forward： the way of coordinated development, increasing the organic composition of agricultural capital, cultivation new type of agricultural talents and so on.
