摘 要: 针对汽车自动变速器检修难点,给出了通过进行台架试验诊断自动变速器故障的方法,并以01V.J.J(5HP-19)型自动变速器为例,利用自主研发的自动变速器综合试验台进行全自动性能试验。将试验结果进行了合理逻辑组合,对所获得故障信息进行了逻辑分析,最终判断出故障源,排除变速器故障。维修前、后变速器台架性能试验数据对比结果表明,利用台架试验进行自动变速器故障诊断具有高准确度、低成本的优点。 Aiming at the difficulty of AT examination and repair, the method of failure diagnosis in AT based on bench test was studied. With AT of 01V.J (5HP-19) type as example, the automatic performance test was carried out on the self-developed AT bench. The test result was combined logically, the failure message was analyzed, and the source of trouble was funded finally. The failure of AT was eliminated. The data curves of platform test after repair was contrasted. The results indicate that diagnosis failure of AT based on platform test has the advantage of high accuracy and low cost.
