摘　　要： 2012年的刑事诉讼法修改对审判程序作了一些重大变革。其中,卷宗移送制度的恢复、庭前会议制度的建立、证人出庭作证制度的加强、量刑问题的庭审化、简易程序的扩展、二审审级功能的强化以及死刑复核程序的规范化,是本次修改的重点,应予高度关注。 A series of major reform are undertaken by the new amendment of criminal procedure law.Among them,the recovery of the dossier deportation system,the establishment of pretrial conference,the strengthening of the system of witness appearing in court to testify,the relative independence of sentencing trial,the extension of summary procedure,the strengthening of trial level function of second instance,and the standardization of judicial review of death penalty procedure are the focus of the revision and should be paid more attention to.
