摘 要: 目的探讨网络式PBL(WPBL)教学法在全科医学概论教学中的应用。方法选择2010级临床医学专业本科南山班学生31名作为WPBL实验组,2009级中西医结合专业本科班学生30名作为对照组。实验组实施WPBL教学法,对照组实施传统教学法及案例教学法,比较两个班的教学效果。同时,通过WPBL教学平台中的反馈与评价系统总结学生评价。结果教学内容测评结果WPBL教学组成绩优于对照组,两组成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。87.1%的学生表示对WPBL教学方式表示有兴趣,93.6%的学生认为WPBL教学方式对他们学习全科医学知识及了解全科医疗有帮助,大部分学生能掌握WPBL教学内容,但80.65%的学生认为自己在WPBL教学内容上花的学习时间过多。结论 WPBL教学方式适用于全科医学概论的教学,较好的实现了教学目的,大大提高了教学资源的使用。 Objective To explore the implementation of web-based PBL teaching mode in General Practice.Methods With test and questionnaire,the teaching effect on web-based PBL teaching was evaluated in contrast with the conventional teaching.Results Web-based PBL teaching excelled the conventional teaching in examination score.87.1% students showed interest in web-based PBL teaching mode,93.6% students said web-based PBL teaching could help them to understand and know more about general practice,and most of them thought they could understand the contents,but 80.65% reflected they spent too much time on web-based PBL learning.Conclusion Web-based PBL teaching can be used in General Practice teaching,not only succeeded in achieving the teaching object but also improved the utilization of teaching resources greatly.
