摘 要: 采用色谱柱Shimadzu C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(49:51,V/V),流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长为324nm,柱温为30℃,建立测定有边瓦韦中蜕皮甾酮含量的反相高效液相色谱法。结果为蜕皮甾酮在0.11—1.65μg范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.9991),平均回收率为103.4%,RSD为1.53%。本方法简便准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于有边瓦韦中蜕皮甾酮的含量测定。 A method for the determination of ecdysterone in Lepisorus marginatus Ching by RP-HPLC was established.The Shimadzu C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used for analysis,with detection wavelength 324nm,flow rate 0.8mL/min,column temperature 30℃ and methanol-H2O(49∶51) as mobile phase.A good linear curve in the range of 0.11—1.65μg(R2=0.9991) was obtained.The average recovery was 103.4% with a relative standard deviation(RSD)of 1.53%.The method is simple and accurate,sensitive and reproducible,and can be effectively applied for the determination.
