摘　　要： 从宏观层面,采用Delphi法结合yaahp软件,分析村庄聚落空间形态优化影响因子的影响力强度。结论表明:经济因子>政策因子>社会因子>自然因子>文化因子,并归纳形成改建、扩建、重建、消失4种村庄聚落空间优化模式;从中观层面,研究村庄聚落空间优化后形成的带状延伸聚落和块状集聚聚落的空间布局特征;从微观层面,总结村庄聚落空间形态的构成要素,提出从庭院、街巷、休闲、生产空间4个角度营造村庄聚落空间的一般方法。通过对3个不同层面的研究,构建起村庄聚落空间研究体系,促进村庄聚落空间形态特色的保持与延续。 With the development of the new rural construction and the urban-rural integration, the village settlement space form has changed violently. This article analyzes the village settlement space optimization impact factors by Delphi method and yaahp software. The conclusion is that among these 5 factors, the economic factor has the most influence and the cultural factors has the least influence, and the other 3 ones＇ influence decrease in turn of policy factors , social factors and natural factors. The arti cle also sums up the village settlement space optimization as renovation model, extension-model, reconstruction-model and dis- appearance- model. The space plane forms and characteristics of ribbon extensions settlement and massive gathering settlement are analysed. The article summarizes the village settlement space form elements and comes up with the general method of build- ing the courtyard space, street space, leisure space and production space. The study forms the village settlement space research system, promotes the sustaining and the maintaining of the village settle＇s space form, and provides the scientific basis of the village settlement space form＇s maintained and sustainable development.
