摘　　要： 农科大学生面对严重的就业形势,存在着"学农不择农"的就业偏向,这就造成农科毕业生就业难、难就业的矛盾。通过对农科专业的在读大学生和往届毕业生进行问卷调查,结合我国农业和基层发展的情况进行客观分析,以探求影响学生择业偏向的因素,提出相应的对策,进一步做好毕业教育和就业指导工作。 Facing severe employment situation,many agicultural college students have a tendency to choose carrer unrelated to their major,which causes great difficulty in finding a job.This paper aims to explore the factors influencing their career choice tendency by means of survey.The participants include the undergraduates majoring in agriculture and those agricultural graduates who have worked for several years.Based on the questionaire and the analysis of the grass-root work in agriculture,the paper puts forward several suggestions to deal with the problem and to prepare the graduates with career guidance
