摘 要: 采用静水清滤法对大珠母贝稚贝的滤水率进行研究。在自然海水盐度(33‰)、水温28℃条件下,不同金藻浓度(0.5×105、1.0×105、1.5×105、2.0×105、2.5×105个/mL)的滤水率随藻浓度增加先升后降,当浓度为1.5×105个/mL时滤水率达到最大(0.069 L/h),且满足幂函数关系y=0.0098x0.7097(r=0.9935)。盐度为30‰时,分别投喂金藻(1.5×105个/mL)和扁藻(0.8×105个/mL),结果表明,在前2 h内稚贝对金藻的滤水率大于扁藻,3 h时稚贝对金藻和扁藻的滤水率相近,3 h后稚贝对扁藻的滤水率大于金藻。不同盐度(24‰、27‰、30‰、33‰、36‰)下,稚贝对扁藻(0.8×105个/mL)的滤水率随盐度的增加先升后降,当盐度为30‰时滤水率达到最大(0.0636 L/h)。 The effects of salinity and algae species and its concentration on the filtration rates of juvenile silver lip pearl oysters(Pinctada maxima) were studied using clearance method in a static system.In natural sea water(33‰,28℃),the filtration rates increase with the increase of Isochrysis galbana concentrations(0.5×105,1×105,1.5×105,2.0×105,2.5×105) at first and then decrease with the maximum(0.069 L/h) appearing at 1.5×105 cell/mL.The correlation between filtration rates and algae concentrations could be expressed by the power function: y=0.0098x0.7097(r=0.9935).The maximum was 0.0636 L/h when salinity was at 30‰.In salinity of 30‰,P.subcordiformis(0.8×105 cell/mL) or Isochrysis galbana(1.5×105 cell/mL) was fed,and the results showed that the filtration rate of the juvenile pearl oysters on the Isochrysis galbana was greater than that on P.Subcordiformis at the first two hours,and then became nealy equal at 3 h,and then less than that on P.Subcordiformis.The filtration rates of the juvenile pearl oysters on the microalgae,Platymonas Subcordiformis(0.8×105 cell/mL) increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of salinity(24‰,27‰,30‰,33‰,36‰).
