摘 要: 以天然纳米管状埃洛石为载体,负载氯铂酸制得埃洛石固载铂催化剂,催化1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的硅氢加成反应,合成一种硅骨架环氧树脂,产率达到9326%。利用SEM和TEM表征了埃洛石固载铂催化剂的形貌。结果显示,纯化后的埃洛石呈纳米管状结构,管长为0.5~15μm,管外径为50~190nm,管内径为10-20nm,管体清晰,表面干净规整,固载铂催化剂后,催化剂颗粒在埃洛石表面均匀分布。利用红外光谱和氢核磁共振谱对硅骨架环氧树脂结构进行了表征。 The silicone skeleton epoxy resin (SEP) was prepared with the chloroplatinic acid type catalyst supported natural nanotube halloysite through hydrosilylation between 1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane (TMDS) and 2,3- epoxypropylmethacrylate (GMA),and the yield of SEP was 93.26%.The morphologies of the platinum catalyst supported halloysite were characterized by SEM and TEM.The results showed that the hallysite had the clear structure ofnanotube with length of 0.5-1.5μm,outer diameter and inner diameter of about 50-190 nm and 10-20 nm respectively after purificating.Moreover,after supporting on the halloysite,the platinum particles were uniformly dispersed on the halloysite surface.The chemical structure of the silicone skeleton epoxy resin was characterized by FT-IR and 1^H-NMR spectra.
